Acquisition of Solution SCA by Mago

Cadenive acted as exclusive M&A advisor to Mago S.A. in the acquisition of Solution SCA. The transaction closed on 31 October 2025. The deal adds Solution SCA's proprietary smart shopping cart and in-store digital advertising technology to Mago's existing platform of shopfitting and warehouse solutions, creating a combined offering spanning physical retail infrastructure and in-store retail media. Post-closing, the Company is expected to expand its international rollout across major European retail chains under Mago's ownership.

Solution SCA is a Polish provider of smart shopping cart and in-store digital advertising solutions for retail chains, founded in 2012 and based near Warsaw. The Company's proprietary One To One system is installed in major European retailers including SPAR, E.Leclerc and IKEA, serving clients across Poland and internationally.

Mago S.A. is a Polish innovative producer of shopfitting and warehouse solutions, headquartered in Warsaw, including store and warehouse racks, rigid point-of-sale displays, augmented reality shopfitting tools and other retail technologies.
