The financing structure enables Physio CKI to continue the implementation of its existing growth strategy and creates a robust financial foundation for the group’s strategic development in partnership with Gilde Healthcare. The transaction supports the further expansion of the platform in the German physical therapy market and provides funding for the next phase of growth. Physio CKI Group is headquartered in Cologne, North Rhine-Westphalia, and employs over 200 people. The company provides physical therapy services through 15 clinics in the greater Rhein-Sieg, Cologne-Bonn and Düsseldorf areas.
