Sale of Centrum Diagnostyczno-Lecznicze Barska to Unity Care

Cadenive acted as exclusive M&A advisor to the owners of Centrum Diagnostyczno-Lecznicze Barska in the sale of 100% of the shares in the CDL Barska group to Unity Care Sp. z o.o., a portfolio company of Enterprise Investors. The transaction closed on 22 December 2025. The deal adds a market-leading specialist hospital, an outpatient clinic and four primary care centres in the Kujawsko-Pomorskie province to Unity Care's growing platform. Post-closing, CDL Barska is expected to benefit from Unity Care's investment in clinical infrastructure and expanded service offering.

Centrum Diagnostyczno-Lecznicze Barska was founded in 2006 and is based in Włocławek, Kujawsko-Pomorskie province, Poland. The Company is the market leader in comprehensive medical services in the region, operating a specialist hospital, an outpatient clinic and four health centres. The group employs over 200 medical and administrative staff and serves patients across the Kujawsko-Pomorskie region.

Unity Care Sp. z o.o. is a Polish medical group and portfolio company of Enterprise Investors, headquartered in Warsaw. The group consolidates ambulatory and primary care services across Poland, having invested over PLN 200 million and assembled approximately 50 facilities serving more than 100,000 primary care patients.
