Acquisition Financing for TOP-SPORT

Cadenive acted as debt advisor to VR Equitypartner GmbH in connection with the acquisition financing for the majority investment in TSS Holding GmbH, known as TOP-SPORT.

VR Equitypartner and NRW.BANK acquired the majority of TOP-SPORT from a fund advised by GFEP Family Equity. GFEP reinvested as a minority shareholder, while the management team also participated in the transaction and will continue to drive the group’s development. The partnership is intended to support TOP-SPORT’s expansion across Europe, including the further development of production, installation and sales capacities, the expansion into additional European markets and selective add-on acquisitions.

TOP-SPORT is a full-service provider for sports hall interior fit-out headquartered in Rheda-Wiedenbrück. Founded in 1996 and developed in its current structure since 2018 through a buy-and-build strategy, the group comprises five operating companies in Germany and one site in Denmark. It offers certified flooring, wall and acoustic systems and supports projects from product development and production through to installation.
