Acquisition of SPAR University by SPAR Holding

Cadenive acted as M&A advisor to SPAR Holding in the acquisition of SPAR University. The transaction included all 15 Dutch locations. The acquisition strengthened SPAR’s position in the student retail segment. Post-closing, operations were integrated into SPAR Holding.
