Sale of KSA to ACT

Cadenive acted as M&A advisor to S-UBG AG, KSA Kugelstrahlzentrum Aachen GmbH (“KSA”), in connection with the sale of a significant minority stake to Advanced Clean Technologies Holding GmbH (“ACT”).

As part of KSA’s long-term succession plan, the founding shareholders have brought ACT on board as a minority shareholder, which will continue the company’s positive growth trajectory and ensure management succession through an MBI structure. ACT plans to further expand KSA’s service portfolio for the aerospace industry and to enter adjacent sectors.
