ACQUISITION OF MARLEP TANKLOGISTIK BY SITRA GROUP

Cadenive acted as financial advisor to Sitra Group in the acquisition of Marlep Tanklogistik GmbH. The transaction strengthens Sitra's network in Germany and Poland and is part of the Group's broader strategic plan targeting €500 million in annual turnover through a combination of organic growth and targeted acquisitions — a strategy that has already led to the addition of Ricotto (Italy), Abbey Logistics Group (United Kingdom) and Albert Keijzer (Netherlands) over the past three years. Following closing, Marlep will continue to be led by its current Managing Director, Marlon Roda, ensuring full operational continuity.

Sitra Group is a family-owned European food logistics company founded in 1962 and headquartered in Belgium, controlled by the Saelens family and investment holding company Creafund. Marlep Tanklogistik GmbH is a company founded in 2010 and headquartered in Hamburg, Germany, specialising in the bulk liquid food logistics sector, with a focus on the international transport of temperature-controlled liquid and powdered raw materials for the food industry. The company operates a fleet of 50 lorries and 70 trailers, employs over 100 people and reported revenues of €30 million, with operations spanning Germany and Poland.
