Cadenive acted as financial advisor to the shareholders of Hydea S.p.A. in the sale of the company to Protos S.p.A., a Portfolio Company of H.I.G. Capital. The transaction supports Protos' external growth strategy, strengthening its Advisory & Consulting Engineering division and extending the Group's capabilities across the full project life cycle, from design to construction supervision, project management and technical assistance. The combination brings together complementary expertise, client portfolios and geographic footprints, creating significant commercial synergies and reinforcing the Group's ability to manage complex mandates in Italy and abroad.

Hydea S.p.A. is an Italian engineering and technical consulting company founded in 1990 and headquartered in Florence, with additional offices in Beijing and Riyadh.
