Amend & Extend the Financing for Baas Verkley

Cadenive acted as sole debt advisor to Baas Verkley, a portfolio company of Gimv, in the amendment and extension of its financing facilities. The transaction significantly improved the conditions of the debt agreement for Baas Verkley and extended the terms with additional years.

Baas Verkley is a Dutch specialist in engineering, building, renovating and maintaining energy and water infrastructure. The company integrates deep knowledge in underground infrstructure with advanced horizontal directional drilling technology.
